As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of our client and supporting project team in building strong relationships with clients and partners. This position is located at Greater Toronto Area.
Increasing sales within assigned territories.
Developing, maintaining and retaining strong relationships with end-clients and other sales channels.
Assisting in developing sales materials for the local market.
Ability to call existing and new clients and develop new business opportunities and relationships.
Writing proposals and identifying projects specifications with the technical team.
Keeping a record of end client projects and providing leads to the sales team members.
Maintaining open communications with potential clients regarding their solution and service needs for current and future applications and needs.
Managing and maintaining confidential information regarding customer costs, pricing and contracts.
Making recommendations and suggestions that promote continuous improvements for client and innovation development.
Following all policies and procedures with respect to company systems, practices and information sharing.
Work closely with Product Management to develop master specifications for new and existing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering (Mechanical or Automation)
3 years of proven track record in automation sales, or 5 years applicable experience in the technical field.
Strong technical and automation skills.
Strong communications and presentation skills.
Knowledge and understanding of AutoCad.
Working knowledge of CRM and MS Office suite of products.
Ability to travel.
Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining and retaining successful client relationships.
Commercial and energy optimization selling experience.
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong business-to-business analytical, financial, and conceptual and strategic sales skills.
Extensive experience from dairy, food or packing industry.
Comprehensive experience from robot system sales or project management.
Experience from contract environment.
Diplomatic approach to conflict resolution.
